AS9100 cable assembly and harness assembly

All programs require reliable cables and harnesses but none more so than flight systems. With cables and harnessing Class III is defined as “… products where continued performance or performance-on-demand is critical, equipment downtime cannot be tolerated, end-use environment may be uncommonly harsh, and the equipment must function when required, such as life support systems and other critical systems” by the IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship specification. This is our specialty.

All wire is marked in accordance to AS50881 section 3.9.3 using a Tri Star laser marker. Our marking is done in-house in order to control costs and lead-times.
