VAST employs a full MRP system to control inventory and procurement as well as shop floor production. The software maintains full traceability of all components throughout manufacture to delivered finished product. Our Quality Management System is AS9100 certified, a flow down requirement for many programs.

AS9100 Scope: manufacture class 3 electronic cables, wire harnesses and electromechanical assemblies.

In-process inspection, tooling verification and training reviews are conducted every day as a part of our continuous improvement policy.

Our final inspection is performed on 100% of the build, we never sample. Electrical test and visual inspection of each and every assembly is our policy. The procedures employed by VAST ensure that our quality is repeatable throughout the production cycle.
